The new XD formula is the result of many years of research and development. Each pan contains 20 percent more diamond crystals than the previous HD coating, which results in years of trouble-free cleaning. We know a great nonstick induction wok is hard to find, so we had some top Chinese kitchens help design this Swiss Diamond 11.8" wok.

This wok holds 4.9 quart (4.6 liter) and combines the easy clean-up and healthy cooking abilities of nonstick cookware with the traditional benefits of woks. The new XD coating is PFOA-free and features a tougher, more corrosion resistant layer for a 40 percent increase in durability. Plus, nothing conducts heat more efficiently than diamonds. Combine that with the cast aluminum body, this wok transfers heat so efficiently that you never need to use more than medium heat. The heat-tempered glass lid features an adjustable steam vent which allows you to trap moisture inside and release when needed. A tempura rack included, which is great for steam cooking or frying.
