The author used this knife and a specimen for his wonderful book and even signed page 198 where this knife is featured. The signed copy of the book accompanies the purchase of this knife.

The knife features a single side blade, sturdy construction and heavy cast aluminum knuckle grip with skull crusher cap. It has custom made wartime leather scabbard with belt hanger. The knife measures 12 1/2 inches in overall length with a 8 inch blade. It is offered in very good condition with fantastic provenance.

Overall a very interesting custom WW2 trench knife featured in the definitive book on the subject, you can't ask for more than that!
